How do I create a pet profile?
Open the app, navigate to the "Pets" section, and tap the "+" button. Fill in your pet's details including name, breed, age, and photos. You can add multiple pets to your account.
How can I search for pets available for adoption?
Go to the "Explore" tab and find the "Adoption" section. You can further refine your search by breed, age, location, and other criteria.
How do I book an appointment with a pet service provider?
Find a service provider in the "Services" section, view their profile, and tap "Book Appointment." Select your preferred date and time, then confirm your booking. You'll receive a confirmation notification.
Can I message other pet owners or service providers?
Yes! Use the in-app chat feature to communicate with other pet owners and service providers. Simply tap the chat icon on their profile to start a conversation.
Is My Pawtners free to use?
Yes, My Pawtners is free to download and use. Most features are available at no cost. Booking appointments with pet service providers is not free of charge and requires a deposit.
How do I change my account details?
Tap the profile icon in the top navigation bar, then tap the settings icon. From there, you can update your profile details.

Troubleshooting

The app is crashing or freezing
Try these steps: 1) Force close and restart the app, 2) Check if you're using the latest version (update from the App Store/Play Store), 3) Restart your device, 4) Clear the app cache in your device settings. If the issue persists, please contact support.
I'm not receiving notifications
Make sure notifications are enabled: 1) Check your device settings and ensure notifications are allowed for My Pawtners, 2) Open the app settings and verify notification preferences are turned on, 3) Check your internet connection.
Photos won't upload
Ensure the app has permission to access your photos in your device settings. Check your internet connection and try uploading again. Images should be in JPG or PNG format and under 10MB.
Can't find services in my area
Make sure location services are enabled for the app. Try expanding your search radius in the filters. If your area has limited coverage, service providers may be registering soon!
